Your generosity and support made a real difference, and we truly appreciate it.
We are grateful for this community and excited for more opportunities to give back in the future! 💜
March 23 Sunday ⋆ 1 to 4 PM
Canada Life Village Square, Fanshawe Innovation Village
Join us for an afternoon of wellness, self-care, and community support at Healing Hearts for Hospice.
Together, we will create moments of healing, reflection, and connection to benefit St. Joseph’s Hospice.
Activities

YOGA & MEDITATION
Take part in two guided sessions aimed at self-healing led by professional instructors. Enjoy a yoga practice suitable for all levels to refresh your body, and a guided meditation session to soothe your mind and encourage inner peace.
Yoga mats are provided on site.

GUEST SPEAKERS
Be inspired by stories and insights from guest speakers, including a representative from St. Joseph’s Hospice and Dani Lossada, a fitness coach, a certified nutritionist and health coach, specializing in bio-individuality and holistic well-being. At our event, Dani will share actionable strategies to help attendees prioritize their health, overcome limiting beliefs, and build a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.

SILENT AUCTION
(OPEN TO PUBLIC)
Bid on a variety of wellness products, services, and experiences, including yoga classes, fitness packages, and relaxation retreats. All proceeds from the auction will support St. Joseph’s Hospice, helping them continue their vital work in the community.
(Winners must be on-site to claim their prize. The auction will close 30 minutes before the event ends.)

COMMUNITY ART STATION
Tap into your creativity at our interactive art station. Express yourself through art by contributing to a collaborative piece, which will later be displayed at the hospice as a symbol of hope, healing, and the power of self-care.
